I really like "Compilers - Principles Techniques, and Tools", Aho
Sethi, and Ullman. I don't know if this is the same as someone else
mentioned, however, it is commonly available at Borders. What might
also be helpful is books to avoid, I think Ronald Mak's book is a waste
of time. Too much detail and not enough of the ideas behind it.
