No more monthly compilers catalog

I won't be posting the five-part catalog of free compilers any more,
but just a short message telling where to find it. It's still
available on the web, via FTP, or through the comp.compilers mail
server.


The full catalog about the size of all the other postings for a month
put together, and it's now easier for nearly everyone to read on the
web anyway.


The catalog is badly in need of updating; I'm sure the maintainer
would be happy if a volunteer or two stepped forward to do so.
