There is a completed project of development environment for nm6401
processor (russian made neuro-computing oriented processor). There
is a number of articles published on this system, but i do not
know about english versions.

Elf was used as standard object file format and Dwarf was used as
standard debuging information format.

Stabs is supported in most of Elf system.
