Richard Stallman's book "Using and Porting GNU CC" is available direct from FSF
  or through technical bookstores (ISBN 1-882114-36-1)


A standard gcc distribution will have most of the major ports included, under
  gcc/config. While not well commented, they're not totally unreadable.
