Hi,


What I'd like to do is write a compiler that will accept its input
specification in a functional language and produce assembly code. I
sort of see how to use combinatorial logic in the translator... but
I'm a little foggy on exactly how reduction methods go for functional
languages. Are there any resources on the net, any newsgroups that
might talk about this type of thing?


I couldn't find anything in the FAQ.
