I am using one visual lex and yacc tool called Visual Parse++. It seems to
be okay. It has got an excellent visual debugger for grammar rules. The
disadvantage with the tool is it uses a different format for grammar rules
from that of the standard Lex & Yacc. They have 60 days complete moneyback
policy too. Its price is about 299$.
