Hi. I was wondering if anyone can point me to any references/opinions on
application generators. I am interested in ..
    1. Configurability of the generated code
    2. An AG's place in the development environment - where it helps, and where
          it is superfluous (have seen cases where a different piece of engineering
          would have made an AG useless)
          In other words, I am looking for guidelines on when to use AGs, and
          when to look for an alternative approach.
    3. I am specially interested in application code generation - references to
          yacc/eli/pccts don't help me. Are there any public domain tools around ?
