Unfortunately, the production and sales arms of Springer-Verlag do not
seem to communicate, as the participants of the 6th workshop already have
their S-V copies of the proceedings, but several attempts at convincing
the S-V sales people that they have already printed LNCS 768, and should
take my order, met with failure.
