The Computer Science Department is in the process of changing our core
language from Mod-2 to C++. The only C++ translator we have been able to
find for CMS is SAS. This translator is a cfront translator and it runs
slower than mud. Sixty students concurrently using SAS will bring our
ES9000 type computer to its' knees.

Consequently, we need a native C++ compiler that is somewhat fast and runs
on CMS. If you know of one, let me know about it pronto by e-mail. My
e-mail address is rfh@sruvm.sru.edu. Thanks!
