*SIGPLAN Notices* December 1977, pp. 39-54, has the revised IRONMAN. An
article by William A. Whitaker in *SN* February 1978, pp. 19-29, describes the
remaining work at the time of writing, and nearly as I can tell doesn't
indicate that there was to be a STEELMAN.
