New Alpha release of PASCAL frontend

I'd like to announce a new version of the PASCAL frontend I've written
using the Cocktail compiler tools.


Major advantages over the previous release:
    - documentation of the internals.
    - Semantics analysis is complete.
    - A full symbol table is generated.
    - It now includes a skeleton for Cross referencing and for
     storage allocation


Major disadvantage is still:
    - It doesn't have a backend (yet).
