I'm revising O'Reilly's book on lex and yacc, and would like to document
some of the more bothersome bugs in lex. I know that large lexers tend
to fail in various ways, but haven't got the details. (Personally I use
flex, but there's no accounting for taste.)


Can anyone point to specific things that fail in lex?
