I am looking for the C source code from:


"Practice and Principles of Compiler Building with C"
by Henk Alblas and Albert Nymeyer


and the Pascal source code from:


"Brinch Hansen on Pascal Compilers" by Per Brinch Hansen


I've done the usual web searches, but so far I have not turned up
anything.
