POSITION:


Compiler Engineer (Permanent or Contract)


COMPANY:

development tools for over 25 years. The Synergy Development Environment
(Synergy/DE) allows developers to productively build complete business
application suites, seamlessly integrate with third-party applications
and data, and efficiently deploy into distributed environments,

PROJECT:


As part of the Microsoft VSIP program, Synergex is currently embarking
on a project to port its industry-leading business language to the .NET
CLR. On this project, you will be part of a focused engineering team
working with leading-edge .NET technologies.


QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):


* Expert in compiler design and code generation OR expert in parsing and
lexical analysis (5+ years professional experience)
* Familiar with compiler development tools (YACC, ANTLR)
* Strong OO background
* Strong C, C++ programming skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented, thorough, self-directed, responsible
* Enjoys working in a team environment
* Must be willing to relocate to Sacramento, CA
* Must provide evidence of U.S. citizenship, or legal right to live and
work in this country


QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRABLE):


* Familiar with .NET Framework
* Familiar with IL code
* Experience mapping languages to Microsoft CLR
* Familiar with compiler optimization
