    Now that was a hard one to find :-). Pretty much all links were
broken, but I did find
ftp://ftp2.lanminds.com/lord/src/
  which has systas-1998-07-14.tar.gz, which seems to contain some
ctools stuff.
    I think the triple strength coffe helped with some lateral thinking.
    Does somebody want to mirror this somewhere before it vanishes for
good?
